Our Engagement Fees For Buyers
When we are engaged by the buyer to represent their interest and negotiate the purchase, the following is required. We conduct an open dialog or interview with you the buyer. We find out exactly what kind of practice is ideal for you, your financial situation and your time table regarding purchase. Our fees are 6% of the purchase price or $5,000 which ever is greater. We do require a $2,000 retainer when we sign an agreement to represent you and this retainer will be deducted from the success fee at time of closing. If a representative travels on your behalf to a practice, you will be responsible for travel, lodging and a daily meals allowance that will be agreed upon.
We think you will benefit from our experience and actually save thousands of dollars from the purchase price by engaging us to negotiate and structure the purchase on your behalf.
